Sentimental things of one way or another, growing from the moments, experiences, the past and connections. I’m Turkish-Cypriot, and talk Turkish natively, some of my prettiest memories were in the language. Though I travelled extensively and lived abroad many years, the work has influences left and right, from a lot of things. Some sort of pure, childish naivite coming from my roots of a small island, combined with a global fuck that attitude I developed living in international cities, some resistance to boringness.
